3. Pricing & Payments

• We do not store your complete payment details. Transactions are processed by trusted third-party providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Eligibility for Returns: Products are eligible for return may be returned within 5 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including perishable pet food or opened hygiene products, may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds: Refunds, will only be made in case on unavailability of replacement, to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval of the return.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
